How is it made?

It takes place in just two natural stages using fresh leaves. At first, there is withering then drying.

The young shoot or bud will be picked then it will just oxidize very slowly and naturally whilst drying.

With this method, the essential oils contained in tea leaves as preserved.

This means that white tea can be infused several times in a row. Each time it comes in contact with hot water, the tea leaves release their essential oils.

"Bai Mu Dan" white tea is composed of white peony grown in the Fujian region, with buds as well as the very first just opended tea leaves.

The whitish and pale green appearance of tea is due to its process from steam to drying.

It is an organic tea. It has therefore not been transformed.
