This coffee offers a spicy bite, with beautiful notes of cinnamon and tonka bean. Expect a round and smooth body, with a nice sweetness and the greediness of an almond. A smooth, approachable cup with a chocolatey finish.

The farm:

In 2007, the CORO cooperative was created in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Its aim is to facilitate the sale of the crops of all the small producers in this area. Because of their small plots, they cannot transport the coffee they produce because the costs are too high. It is in this context that the Coro cooperative acts by accompanying the work of these producers. Through its 15 warehouses, CORO dries their coffees throughout the harvest season thanks to teams of technicians, present in each warehouse, and dry parchments that allow the coffee to be treated before it is washed. CORO's cooperative also contributes to the renovation of the region's farms by providing its members with up to 1.5 million new plants each year.
