A smoothie recipe for children
It was posted on Minireyve, a French blog written by a mother of three in Paris.
Here is her recipe:
- 2 bananas
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 yoghurt or 1 glass of milk
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Serve and enjoy !
This smoothie recipe could not be simpler, and it’s bound to be a hit with kids in search of an energy boost after a long day at school !
